Hula Workshops for Schools
Aloha Workshop will provide a creative learning environment for the "Keiki" and "Kupuna." (That means, for children and adults). Students will learn about the diverse cultural history of our 50th state, Hawaii. Through performance, lecture and visual display of Hawaiian culture, students and teachers will explore natural living through the art of hula, storytelling, and music. This in turn, will inspire both children and adults to embrace their own cultural heritage, as well as those of others. They will be encouraged to spread the "Aloha Spirit," a working philosophy that enables and empowers people to live harmoniously with each other.
